Optional Pre-Pay Discount Program

Account Customers who have one or more credit cards stored on file can take advantage of significant discounts by participating in the Pre-Pay Discount Program.

Richard S. Burns & Company, Inc. will automatically process a credit card charge and credit your account based on the selected "Pre-Pay Amount".
The charge will take place any time your account balance falls below the "Minimum Balance".
If multiple credit cards are stored on file, the process will use the first card listed. If that card does not get approved for the "Pre-Pay Amount", the process will attempt to charge the next card in the list.

Discount Levels:

$1,500 (*minimum $250), receive a 10% discount off tipping rate
$500 (*minimum $100), receive a 5% discount off tipping rate

Pre-Pay funds are used for charges on your account.
Each time the prepay balance is less than or equal to the *minimum, your credit card provided will be automatically charged to replenish the prepaid balance to the selected level of either $1,500 or $500, depending on plan you select.

After your application as been approved and your account has been setup, we will send you an email with your temporary password. You will then do the following:

Visit the Burns website: https://burnscompany.net and click [Log in] in the upper right corner of website.
Log in with your account’s Email address and the temporary password. The website will then prompt you to change your password by keying in the old temporary password and a new password that you create.
Next, log in once again using your new password, and click on the [Credit Cards on File] button found on your Account Customer Dashboard.
The next screen will give you the opportunity to review and change your Pre-Pay Discount Program selections. Remember that you will only receive Pre-Pay discounts if you are enrolled in the program and have a valid credit card on file. Next, click the [Save Settings & Go To Credit Cards] button.
The next screen will show your credit cards on file, and allow you to Add, Edit, or Delete credit cards on file.
